• By Sal Valley Resort: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your booking or access to the Resort services at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary, including non-payment or disruptive behaviour.
• By the Customer/Guest: You may cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. In case of cancellation, applicable charges will be deducted as per the terms mentioned during booking.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination or cancellation of your booking, all rights granted to you under these Terms will be revoked, and you must immediately cease using our services. Any unpaid dues must be settled before leaving the Resort.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or directly at the Resort. You may be required to provide personal information and payment details to confirm your booking.

Cancellation policy & Refund -

• 30 days or more - 80%
• 15-29 days - 50 %
• 04 - 14 days - 25 %
• Less than 4 days -nil.

No Show : If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
