100 % advance payment against confirmed booking.
No postponement of booking will be entertained and they will be treated as per the cancellation policy.
Booking is non transferable.
Management reserves right to cancel advance booking in exceptional & unavoidable circumstance. Reservation will stand cancelled, if the tourist fails to avail the accommodation within 12 hours schedule at the time of arrival in the resort. Reservation will, however, be continued if the tourist is able to inform the manager of the resort, about his arrival, late arrival will not absolve the tourist from paying the full amount.
In case the tourist shortens the duration of his proposal stay, the advance paid for the occupied period will not be adjusted,

no refund will be admissible.

Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.
Private catering not permitted.
Package Rates of Gypsy and Canter can be change without prior notice.
Above rates are not applicable for peak season & National holidays.
Resort will be remain closed 2 days before and after on Holi festival.
Child upto 5 years is complimentary.
Forest department charges for jeep, guide, personal entry & camera will be extra as per actual.
Achanakmar Tiger Reserve remains open between 1 Nov to 15 June.
